The Story

The previous owner planted coconut palms here forty years ago — they still bear fruit and provide natural shade across the land. A seasonal stream runs along the northern boundary, feeding a small natural pool that local birds visit at dawn. The soil is rich from decades of fallen leaves, perfect for gardens or orchards.
