The Story

Bang Po is where Samui locals go when they want peace. This plot carries that same energy — flat, shaded land with over forty mature coconut palms arranged in the traditional grid pattern of old island farms. The beach is a three-minute walk through a quiet village lane, past wooden houses where the same families have lived for generations. The land has never been developed; the coconuts are still harvested by a local family who will happily continue if the new owner wishes. There's a natural clearing in the center, large enough for a home that lives beneath the canopy rather than replacing it.
